2. Accuracy and "Hallucinations"

While Capistrol utilizes RAG technology to anchor responses in high-authority texts, you acknowledge that:

  • AI Limitations: Generative AI can occasionally produce "hallucinations"—information that is incorrect, incomplete, or technically inaccurate—despite being based on reliable sources.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the outputs for personal or internal business research only.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Capistrol and its creators shall not be liable for any loss or damage (including financial loss, ATO penalties, or loss of profits) arising from your use of, or reliance on, the AI-generated outputs. Your use of this tool is at your own risk.

8. Not a Substitute for Professional Advice
